HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Recruiter V to drive operational efficiency and compliance within the Talent Acquisition function. The role involves leading process improvements, fostering quality culture, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities
Partner with TA leaders and HR stakeholders to align initiatives and share best practices
Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Communicate progress, outcomes, and value of initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Design and deliver training programs to upskill TA teams to enable positive outcomes
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Develop and manage internal audit programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Manage corrective actions for process breaches
Maintain robust documentation of processes, policies, and standards to support automation and AI initiatives
Establish and manage change control processes, including approvals and notifications
Ensure recruitment data security and compliance with global standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
10+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Quality, or related fields with a proven track record in process improvement and compliance
