Responsibilities
Source and submit proprietary or semi-proprietary deals
Introduce opportunities directly to Initio Sphere’s investor and fund manager network
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Source off-market, proprietary, or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and fund manager network
Coordinate early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (modeling and underwriting are handled by analysts)
Track and report sourced deals to build a verified deal track record
Qualification
Required
Ability to source and submit proprietary or semi-proprietary deals
Ability to introduce opportunities directly to Initio Sphere's investor and fund manager network
Ability to earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Ability to build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Approval-based sourcing of off-market, proprietary, or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Ability to provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis
Ability to coordinate early-stage diligence handoff to analysts
Ability to track and report sourced deals to build a verified deal track record
Experience, sourcing credibility, and network access for approval
Ability to submit a Deal Scout application with background, sourcing experience, and network details
Completion of verification and category approval
Ability to get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Ability to begin submitting qualified deals to the network
Preferred
Experienced operators, brokers, or intermediaries with multiple closed transactions
Professionals with 3–5 years of sourcing or deal origination experience
Entry to mid-level professionals with strong networks or sector insight
