SynergyLabs is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company specializing in high-quality pet care products. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across grocery, pet specialty, and wholesale distribution channels.

Responsibilities
Manage key retail and distributor accounts across grocery and pet specialty channels
Drive sales growth through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and promotional planning
Analyze sales performance using syndicated data (Nielsen) and internal reporting
Lead customer presentations, line reviews, pricing discussions, and new product launches
Sell and represent SynergyLabs at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance
Support forecasting, demand planning, and promotional execution
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of CPG sales or account management experience
Experience selling into grocery, pet specialty retailers, or distributors
Strong analytical, forecasting, and category management skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel up to 20%
