Responsibilities
On boarding of new vendors including obtaining SOWs, agreements, NDAs and additional documentation as required
Evaluate and perform due diligence and ongoing monitoring of potential and existing vendors
Ensuring SLAs are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with contractual requirements
Running daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure that title and closing turn times meet with client SLA’s
Producing and delivering performance scorecards for operational processes
Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly calls with key stakeholders to review performance, quality, turn times, score cards, and Corrective Action Plans
Oversee vendor fulfillment to ensure remediation plans are appropriately tracked and completed
Resolve disputes and manage escalations
Ensure stakeholders/vendors are providing best in class customer service to clients and customers
Build collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners to enhance the capacity and capabilities of the organization to identify and deliver consistent solutions
Identify areas of improvements and locate vendors/solutions to enhance our product offerings there
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of relevant work experience managing vendor/relationship management
Good understanding of title insurance and title clearing is required
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of financial/mortgage/title experience preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats
Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-started with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to manage and mentor stakeholders by teaching technical skills, sharing insights, and reinforcing the foundational guiding principles of Storefront
Ability to direct teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels within the enterprise in an environment with shared authority (over the vendor relationship)
Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust to develop, maintain strong relationships with business partners across all levels of stakeholders and assigned vendors
