$21/hr - $24/hrPrimeSource Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to assist and coordinate activities of warehouse workers in receiving and distributing building material products. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, managing inventory processes, and maintaining safety standards within the warehouse.

Responsibilities
Document processing for all outbound LTL and Parcel shipments
Responsible for ensuring all shipments have proper POD documents per customer and company requirements and confirming deliveries
Schedules work for special and periodic inventories
Responsible for assisting in periodic cycle counting of inventory
Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
Maintains calendar schedule for all inbound freight
Supporting role to work with dedicated carriers for efficient and safe routing of delivery trucks
Responsible for coordinating will call orders in safe and service friendly manner
Responsible for the maintaining and caring for company owned or leased equipment, ensuring all PIV equipment inspections are completed and records retained
Uploading all required documentation onto secured network
Receives stock into warehouse. Notifies purchasing agent of any discrepancies between shipment(s) and purchase order
Responsible for printing daily production work along with corresponding shipping documents
Assist with monthly warehouse safety inspections
Performs miscellaneous duties as requested
Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meeting and appointments on time
Safety and Health Management Takes personal responsibility for safety and has knowledge of effective safety and health management policies and procedures. Has ability to establish and maintain a culture of safety for employees and ensure that work processes are free from safety and health hazards. Ensures that employees are trained and programs are active to ensure safety
Qualification
Required
Assists and coordinates activities of warehouse workers engaged in receiving and distributing building material products
Carries out process control responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Planning, assigning, and directing work
Maintaining and enforcing all company procedures, policies and practices
