Strategic Account Manager

TSC Auto ID Technology is a global leader in the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) Industry, and they are seeking a results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with national end-users in the Transportation & Logistics industry and develop strategies for growth within this vertical.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed client expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, expanding relationships and acting as a client advocate
Develop and implement comprehensive vertical marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth within targeted industries
Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage target audiences and showcase our offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of client objectives
Monitor account performance and implement strategies for retention and growth
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
Identify prospective flagship accounts for case studies and marketing campaigns
Identify cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue with existing key accounts
Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable outcomes

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Ability to identify and solve business challenges quickly
Extensive product knowledge of printers, media and mobile devices
Understands customer needs and identifies the challenges of potential clients
Develops customer and market knowledge (needs, pain points, trends, applications, priorities)
Works independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field, with 10 years of commercial experience
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a strategic or enterprise capacity
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel 25% and up to 50% at times
