Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies, support process optimization, and implement lean manufacturing solutions
Key projects may include time studies, workflow analysis, value stream mapping, standard work development, production line balancing, root cause analysis, and support for Kaizen events
Assist with data collection and analysis to support key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives across our production lines
Qualification
Required
At least junior level in a bachelor's program with Engineering focused major, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
3.0/4.0 GPA or better
Strong interest in the fields of continuous improvement, industrial engineering aligned to process improvement, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Comfortable working in a variety of environments such as lab or manufacturing environment with rapidly changing deadlines, workloads, and goals
