Influence & Win: Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with confidence
Expand Visibility: Represent Corptemps at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to elevate brand presence
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development success, ideally in staffing/recruitment
Consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Strong business acumen with insight into recruitment services and client pain points
Skilled in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Independent, proactive, and highly organized in managing priorities
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences
