Qualification
Required
5+ years of civil litigation experience, including trial experience
Strong written, analytical and oral communication skills
A solid foundation in civil law, including knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations and case law
Well-versed in analyzing complex legal issues and assessing strengths and weaknesses of cases
Ability to engage with clients and other parties with emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy
A strong work ethic, good problem-solving abilities, a commitment to excellence, and an ability to manage multiple clients under tight deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
