Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings

Proficiency in using Jira or DevOps board to monitor project progress, manage releases, track issues, and coordinate team tasks

Work closely with Sr. designers, Sr. engineers, and Sr. business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, project roadmaps

Provide regular updates to key stakeholders

Required

6 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Preferred

Scrum Master certification is a plus

Nice to have familiarity with Cloud Technologies, GenAI, GPT, Agents, Business Process Automation and AI Models
