Responsibilities
Drive medium to large-scale cross-functional programs involving Omni-channel commerce, Order Management, and Supply Chain integrations
Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Delivery leaders to ensure successful execution across OMS, WMS, eCommerce, and Store systems—balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Program / Project Management
Strong domain expertise in Retail, Supply Chain, Order Management & Omni-channel
Hands-on experience with OMS, WMS, eCommerce, Fulfillment & Store system integrations
Deep understanding of Order Lifecycle & Omni capabilities (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, Order Routing)
Proven experience managing cross-domain teams (eCommerce, Merchandising, OMS, 3rd-party vendors)
Expertise in program planning, forecasting, budgeting & financial management
Strong command of Jira (dashboards & reporting), Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheets
Ability to work in Hybrid delivery models (Agile internal teams + non-Agile vendors with SOWs)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication & escalation skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
