Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Oracle/Microsoft projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the solution meets business needs
Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within budget
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle
Administer, configure, and optimize Jira Cloud to support project, workflow, permission, and automation needs across technology teams
Maintain system governance, including project lists, time capture (Tempo), user management, and adherence to PMO standards and SDLC workflows
Collaborate with development, network and security teams to setup their projects issues, implement Jira enhancements, and ensure consistent, high-quality usage of Jira tools
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with business requirements
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards
Develop and implement change- management strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Field Services
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful system utilization
Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communication
Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of IT processes and tools as it pertains to project management, financial management and resource planning
5+ years' experience in IT program management, including leadership roles with a focus on agile delivery
Strong Jira acumen with a successful track record in time capture management
Ability to design and execute strategic IT support initiatives in alignment with business objectives
Familiarity with the field service business and process/tools to facilitate running a crew-based field services business
Relevant certifications (e.g., Jira, PMP) or technical certifications are advantageous
Preferred
Experience with Oracle cloud products including Field services, Fusion HCM, Fusion ERP and CX cloud
Experience with Microsoft products including Dynamics 360, Azure EDW and Power apps
Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
5+ years of experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets
3+ years of IT experience developing and implementing systems within an organization
3+ years of experience managing systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
