Sales Strategy Intern

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to identify manual processes for CoPilot/automation (e.g., building cost comparison agents, creating macro-enabled Excel files)
Review, update, create, and format workflow and training documents; organize sales materials for accessibility as needed
Assist with overflow tasks from the sales teams
Create test cases for business releases as needed
Make outbound calls to schedule meetings for sales teams
Support the sales campaign activity
Prepare internal and external sales content for compliance review and posting to internal sites
Assist with CE submissions, scheduling, and revisions
Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and dashboards. Provide support in analyzing sales performance data to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential thought leadership content
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations
Participate in special projects related to sales enablement and process optimization

Preferred

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing/communications, economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Proficiency with AI applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Interest in sales strategy, business development, and data-driven decision-making
Experience with Salesforce, CoPilot, Tableau, Power BI a plus
