They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to significantly contribute to the design process, capture and translate business requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and user experience.

Responsibilities
Significantly contribute to the design process to ensure solutions support business requirements and deliver an optimized user experience
Capture requirements for highly complex systems and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders; understand and apply the SDLC to the execution of deliverables
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, considering multiple users, risks, and impact scenarios, and convey them with the appropriate level of detail to the development team
Apply expertise in the business domain and its trajectory; work with technical and business teams to support business objectives and align initiatives to the roadmap
Partner with QA/QS teams to develop project testing strategies; support and/or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application release quality and user experience
Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles; escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed. Partner with security and risk teams to ensure technology portfolio changes adhere to established standards

Core Application Systems – Knowledge of major production application systems used to deliver services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage these systems in diverse situations

Requirements Analysis – Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
Business Process Modeling – Knowledge of activities, tasks, deliverables, and techniques for documenting current-state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Business Data Analysis – Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business data using appropriate analytical techniques to meet business needs
Software Product Business Knowledge – Knowledge of software product business operations, including install base management, current usage, future plans, and product vision
Application Delivery Process – Knowledge of application delivery methodologies and the ability to deliver new or enhanced applications
