Required

10+ years enterprise network architecture/engineering experience
Hands on expertise with: Cisco / Juniper routing and switching (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, QoS)
Firewalls: Palo Alto (preferred), Cisco ASA/FTD
SD WAN technologies (Zscaler/ZPA preferred but not required)
Industrial/OT networks (Purdue Model, SCADA, PLC connectivity)
IoT network design, NAC, segmentation
Wireless (Aruba/Cisco), mesh networks, plant-floor WiFi
Experience designing hybrid connectivity across on prem and Azure: ExpressRoute, ER gateway, BGP peers, Hub and spoke, Azure vWAN, NSGs, UDRs, Private Link, service endpoints
Proven ability to build HLDs/LLDs, network diagrams, network flow maps, IP schemas
Strong understanding of DR networking and failover architecture

Preferred

Experience in large-scale manufacturing or industrial networks
Familiarity with Food and Beverage network patterns (hub/spoke, enclaving, network governance standards)
Experience supporting OT systems, MES/MOMS, SCADA
Cloud certifications (AZ 700, CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE)
