Responsibilities

Support life insurance premium financing arrangements from issuance through annual renewal

Manage annual premium financing renewals, including coordination of new premium payments

Work closely with lenders and internal partners to ensure collateral requirements are met and maintained

Track policy anniversaries, renewal timelines, and financing obligations

Partner with another internal team member to monitor and secure collateral documentation

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal sales partners regarding policy and financing status

Maintain organized, accurate records related to policies, financing terms, and renewals

Proactively identify upcoming renewal needs and ensure timely execution
