Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support Product Owners on the Product & Search team across multiple digital initiatives. The role involves assisting with the execution of the product roadmap within eCommerce and digital marketing solutions, managing tasks for various teams, and communicating feature releases to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support Product Owners on the Product & Search team across multiple digital initiatives

Assist with day-to-day execution of the product roadmap within eCommerce and digital marketing solutions

Document notes, decisions, and recaps from standups, core hours, and working sessions

Prepare and manage tasks for Designers, Copy teams, and Business Analysts in JIRA

Assist with discovery efforts and Epic creation

Work cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and IT teams to execute strategic plans

Help plan and prioritize the product feature backlog based on business value and ROI

Support product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionality

Assist Product Owners with UAT testing and validation

Communicate feature releases to stakeholders and business SMEs

Advocate for the customer while balancing business and operational needs

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Product Owner or digital marketing/eCommerce experience

Project management experience
