Senior Level, Lead/StaffIMR Soft LLC is looking for a Java Architect with a strong solutioning and architecture background to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications. This role will act as the primary technical authority, owning architecture decisions and guiding multiple teams.

Lead the architecture, solution design, and technical direction of Java-based enterprise applications
Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for application architecture and solutioning
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Lead the application development team in implementing innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualification
Required
Strong solutioning and architecture background
Experience in leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications
Act as the primary technical authority, owning architecture decisions
Guide multiple teams
60–70% solutioning and architecture experience
Hands-on development and complex issue resolution experience
Working knowledge of GCP services
Experience with any cloud technology (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Lead the architecture, solution design, and technical direction of Java-based enterprise applications

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition

Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Cassandra DataStax
Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka
Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
