Responsibilities

Solve and articulate complex geospatial and all source intelligence and analytic problems
Lead the production of geospatial intelligence products, ensuring alignment with analytical priorities and stakeholder requirements
Oversee quality assurance and metadata tagging of geospatial layers, ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and governance policies
Manage workflow prioritization and production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of geospatial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Collaborate with other data providers and analysts to improve access to key data and lead the curation of country and regional pages in EDA

Required

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience creating geospatial analytic products or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis and production
Experience supervising analysis, research, and production
Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI/ML, data quality, data enrichment, data stewardship, and research processes and techniques
Demonstrated proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases
Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Esri GIS certifications in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Rest API; Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and All Source Intelligence analytic methodology
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Experience with government IT programs and environments
