Responsibilities
Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of structured cabling, access control, surveillance, and network infrastructure projects
Manage end-to-end project workflows, including internal project planning, setting customer expectations, budgeting, materials tracking, and installation oversight
Maintain project documentation, track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure quality standards are upheld
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely status updates, coordination, and escalation management
Prepare and deliver project status reports using Smartsheet, Monday.com, Excel and Power BI dashboards
Work cross-functionally with Field Services, Resource Management, Sales, and Professional Services teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
Build, improve, and document internal project processes, workflows, and SOPs
Use AI-driven tools (Power Automate, Copilot, or similar) to automate tasks, streamline tasks, and reduce manual effort
Identify potential risks early and lead mitigation and corrective actions
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and partners to ensure work is completed on time and according to specifications
Understand low-voltage installation methods (structured cabling, fiber, AP deployments, access control) and communicate requirements clearly
Track project budgets, labor usage, and change orders
Manage project tracking dashboards and reporting
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in technology, low voltage, network infrastructure, or construction environments
Strong English fluency and communication skills, including executive-level written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Project Management tools
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Strong documentation, planning, and organizational skills
Willingness to support projects occasionally outside standard hours, depending on client need
Familiarity with Field Service workflows, dispatch coordination, or multi-site deployment programs
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in structured cabling, fiber, access control, or security system project delivery
Experience designing or refining project processes and SOPs
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, IT, Engineering, or related)
Preferred experience in Smartsheet and Monday.com
Experience using Power Automate, GPT, CoPilot for workflow automation
Experience implementing automation or AI-driven efficiencies
