Responsibilities
Build the GBS Tech Product Management practice Establish foundational product standards, prioritization models, metrics, delivery rituals, and ways of working. Mentor early‑career product managers and help develop a cohesive, high‑performing PM community
Lead product strategy across GBS business groups Partner with GRM, Legal & Compliance, Global Finance, Workplace Experience, SSR, Safety & Security, and ECO to understand business and associate needs, define problem spaces, and translate insights into a clear, actionable product vision
Drive roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions Own and prioritize multi‑year roadmaps, guide structured discovery and experimentation, shape requirements, and collaborate with UX, engineering, and operations to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that improve processes and elevate associate experience
Evangelize emerging technologies Advocate for the responsible and value‑driven use of AI/ML and emerging technologies, helping GBS business partners understand opportunities, evaluate fit, and navigate adoption. Collaborate with engineering and, where appropriate, influence business‑facing technology conversations
Qualification
Required
You have a track record of successful strategic partnerships, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving organizational transformation at scale
You're fluent in user research and experimentation methodology, confident forming and testing hypotheses, and skilled at deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative data
You excel in executive‑level communication, navigating complex social dynamics with clarity, empathy, and influence
You are energized by emerging technologies, and can compellingly evangelize AI/ML opportunities to business partners and associates
You partner deeply with engineering, co‑creating solutions, fostering trust, and ensuring technical decisions align with product vision and associate needs
You bring 7+ years of product management experience with a strong record of delivering internal or enterprise‑scale tools and platforms
You have leadership or mentorship experience, especially in developing early‑career PMs
You are a self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity—identifying business and associate needs, framing problems, and converting insights into action
You succeed in complex, fast‑moving environments, adapting fluidly as priorities shift
You're recognized as a trusted thought partner to business and technology stakeholders
You bring strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
You communicate clearly and confidently across audiences—technical, non‑technical, and executive
