Associate/Senior Associate, Skills & Talent
Greater Washington Partnership is a cross-sector alliance of leading employers committed to championing the region’s economic growth. They are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to support the Skills & Talent initiative, which aims to strengthen pathways to high-growth careers through collaboration with employers, educators, and nonprofits.

Responsibilities
Support the Skills & Talent team in managing and executing various projects, including grant management, event support, and writing internal and external materials
Coordinate stakeholder management, including organizing engagement opportunities and drafting internal and external communications
Utilize Monday.com, Salesforce, and other tools to track deliverables for team initiatives
In collaboration with communications & marketing team, write blog posts, newsletters, and other internal and external publications to promote Skills & Talent initiatives
Assist in planning for external convenings, including supporting business development & engagement team on event planning and coordinating needed follow-up
Provide administrative support for programs, including tracking reports, planning events for scholarship students, and drafting materials
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to track key labor market and workforce development trends and translate into actionable insights for internal and external audiences
Qualification
Required
0-2 (Associate) or 3-5 (Senior Associate) years of work experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of how to tailor communication based on audience
Deeply collaborative – experienced in and enthusiastic about working across teams and organizations to move work forward
Highly organized and able to track and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, primarily Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Preferred
Background in education, human resources, or workforce development preferred but not required

Working in a hybrid work environment, in the office three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (subject to change in number of days and days of the week)
