Owning project execution across:

Lifecycle (email/SMS) setup coordination

Paid media & tracking implementation timelines

Building and maintaining ClickUp systems (tasks, dependencies, timelines, automations)

Coordinating internal specialists and external partners

Keeping projects moving without constant reminders

Identifying blockers early and resolving them fast

Maintaining clear internal and client-facing momentum

Ensuring work aligns with the quarterly ecosystem objective

Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager in: Ecommerce, Shopify, or digital marketing environments
