Human Resources Generalist
Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves processing multi-state payroll, administering employee benefits, and providing HR support to multiple client organizations.

Responsibilities
Process multi-state payroll for multiple external client accounts
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment
Manage payroll systems, conversions, and time and attendance implementations
Serve as liaison with state and local agencies for payroll tax setup and compliance
Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and human resources programs and recommend corrective actions
Support compliance administration including COBRA, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment
Provide human resources, payroll, and benefits support to employees across multiple client organizations
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of human resources and payroll experience
Experience working with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, or Kronos
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage calculations, and deductions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
