Required
Active, full, and unrestricted MD/DO license (any U.S. state)
ABIM Board Certification – Internal Medicine
Current BLS & ACLS
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including GI
Active DEA and NPI
Successful completion of VA credentialing and privileging prior to start
Ability to meet all VA-required training, CME, and compliance standards
Must meet VA health, immunization, and infection control requirements
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and not excluded from federal healthcare programs
