Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains control of various general ledger accounts, prepares journal entries and detailed reports, prepares financial statements and analyses reflecting financial status and activities
May assist in training or supervising staff accounting personnel
Ensures timely accurate processing of account reconciliations, billings, disbursement requests and analyses of accounts in this area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of three years of related experience
Ability to apply accounting principles to complex transactions
Preferred
CPA, CIA or CMA designation
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex accounting principles
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
