Talkiatry is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team, providing strategic HR support to our growing clinical organization. The role involves partnering with clinical leaders to manage employee relations, support organizational development, and ensure HR practices align with the organization's objectives to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted HR business partner to clinical leadership by providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals
Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and proactively support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement
Advise leadership on employee relations issues, talent management, and performance optimization
Work with managers to address and resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Support the performance management process, in partnership with clinical leadership, ensuring that performance goals are aligned with organizational and clinical objectives, and assist clinical leaders in providing coaching and feedback to optimize clinician performance
Manage administration of clinical compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll as they arise
Submit clinical promotions and reporting line changes for processing as they arise
Track Clinical employee relations, ensuring all latest documentation is up to date and report on data as needed to identify trends
Partner with HR Operations to coordinate and manage workplace accommodation requests for clinical employees, working as conduit between HR Operations and clinical leadership to align on and implement reasonable accommodations as needed
Partner with the Learning & Development team on clinical onboarding support, gathering new hire experience data and reporting on insights to ensure a continually engaging and effective experience for clinical new hires
Analyze HR data as needed to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, presenting findings for areas to suggest process improvements
Conduct clinical exit interviews and related offboarding tasks, gathering feedback to inform retention strategies
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously meet the HR support needs of the growing Clinical organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
3+ years progressive HR experience, providing HR business partnership to growing organizations
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR practices with organizational goals
Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, and MS Office and Google suites
Experience working closely with teams in a remote setting, healthcare/telehealth a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, and retention strategy development
Experience with reasonable accommodations process and HR best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Healthcare industry experience a plus
Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits
