Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient check-in and check-out, verify demographics, and ensure accurate documentation
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, diagnostic testing, and referrals
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Verify insurance and obtain any necessary authorizations
Collect co-pays and process payments
Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and support staff to maintain efficient clinic flow

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED preferred
