Responsibilities
Responsible for management and contract performance of a program or elements of a program
Manages and directs assigned program, which includes defining and understanding program scope, managing overall schedules and budget in accordance with applicable contractual and L3Harris policies
Assures through the assigned program team that contract performance responsibility is properly delegated to performing organizations and outside suppliers
Develops and implements plans for follow-on production programs including proposal development, submittal, negotiation, and definitization
Responsible for effectively briefing internal and external customers during Program Management Reviews
Responsible for effectively communicate with the Integrated Program Team which functions include engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, test, production support, procurement, contracts and finance
Travel: Up to 25% business travel to other L3Harris and customer sites
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior Program Management experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior Program Management experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior Program Management experience
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is a plus
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) is a plus
Demonstrated leadership is a plus
Extensive knowledge of financial management and business development practices
Experience with DoD contract execution is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred
