Responsibilities
Working with organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and technical capabilities
Keep asking probing questions and never stop learning about climate topics and customer challenges in different industries
Demonstrate value for customers with Sweep’s product by delivering customized demos, presenting the value of our tools, and collaborating internally on narratives that align with the customer’s goals and maturity
Deeply understand the customer's business objectives and develop a technology vision and roadmap to align with them
Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering customer questions and addressing concerns
Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executives to coordinate closing complex opportunities
Assist salesperson with questions in RFPs and RFIs
Be responsible for defining and delivering enablement content to ensure customers provide exceptional project implementation with the Sweep platform
Confidently present and articulate the business value of your proposed solution to business managers and executives
Act as the voice of the customer to inform our product team on insights, trends, and opportunities across our strategic accounts
Present at marketing events
Training and enablement of the sales team
Qualification
Required
You already have experience in a sustainability role
Good knowledge of decarbonization & climate practices
Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer's business issues, maturity and technical requirements
Storytelling: outstanding presentation skills with the ability to tell a story that speaks to value and resonates with the audience
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in the climate tech space or sustainability consulting
Experience and understanding of the Carbon & ESG/Sustainability industry
An understanding of software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
