Performing routine maintenance
Ensuring optimal equipment functionality
Addressing any operational issues
Interacting with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating repair/ rebuild updates and status
Qualification
Required
Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance skills
Expertise in Troubleshooting
Excellent Communication skills
Committed to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in industrial maintenance or related field is a must
Strong FANUC Control Skills (Must Have)
Strong electrical trouble shooting skills
Strong mechanical trouble shooting and repair skills
Able to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred
Certification in technical or mechanical fields is advantageous
