Sr. Pricing Analyst
Battelle delivers research and development, managing national laboratories and providing critical services. They are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide financial support in the Financial Planning and Analysis function, including forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Independently provides financial support to Business Unit leadership, to include building operating plans, forecasting, and completing recurring and ad hoc analysis
May assist with pricing strategy, modeling, and analysis to improve win percentage and profitability
May participate in proposal process for large, strategic opportunities including bid/no-bid decision and providing input to the cost and overall pricing strategy
Identifies areas for improvement and cost savings
Works collaboratively across the organization to resolve issues
Independently provides P&L analysis and estimates for new business opportunities
Supports Operations Management and broader finance team with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, execution, monitoring, and control
Familiar with Battelle overhead-rate structure, accounting practices, and financial systems
Works independently with Operations and Finance Management to identify and mitigate business risk and supports Operations and Finance Management with ensuring compliance with Government Contracting regulations and contractual terms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance; eight years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field
