Production and Inventory Coordinator (Level C)
The Boeing Company is a leading aerospace manufacturer, and they are seeking a Production and Inventory Coordinator to manage the flow of production materials. The role involves processing and moving materials, monitoring work in process, and ensuring parts availability through communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions
Monitors work in process
Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability
Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes
Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
Works under limited supervision
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes
3+ years of experience with inventory, stock, or supply chain management
3+ years of experience working with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
Ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Currently have or are able to obtain a forklift license
Preferred
3+ years of experience in supply chain concepts and best-practices
High School diploma/GED
Forklift experience recommended
