Customer credit risk assessment and portfolio management
Trade credit insurance programs and risk mitigation strategies
Order-to-cash controls, write-offs, and chargeback governance
Cross-functional partnership with Sales, Treasury, Legal, and Finance
Leadership and development of a credit team supporting the Americas
Qualification
Required
Credit management leadership in a complex, B2B or global environment
Strong understanding of credit risk, policy, SOX controls, and GAAP
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
