Supervise a team of field nurses
Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the Erie, PA area
Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required
1+ years of Home Health required
Preferred
2 Years of Oasis experience preferred
Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience
Supervisory experience a plus
