Responsibilities

Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and advanced AI/ML models
Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and software teams on end-to-end AI solutions
Deploy models into production environments with scalability and reliability in mind
Evaluate model performance, bias, and optimization strategies
Research emerging AI/ML technologies and propose innovative solutions
Mentor junior engineers and review AI code/models
Translate complex AI concepts into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges proactively

Required

6–10 years of experience in AI/ML / Deep Learning
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI
3–5+ years deploying AI models in production
Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Experience designing, training, and fine-tuning large AI/ML models
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI)
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, bias detection, and Responsible AI
Strong understanding of AI ethics and fairness
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
