Vice President, Culture & Marketing LVMH
Axiaor is building a next-generation commerce and culture infrastructure, and they are seeking a Vice President of Culture & Marketing to define and protect the cultural narrative of the platform. This role focuses on establishing Axiaor as a cultural authority and translating cultural relevance into platform validation and revenue momentum.
Responsibilities
Own Axiaor’s cultural narrative, tone, and public-facing identity across all touchpoints
Ensure Axiaor’s positioning aligns with luxury, trust, prestige, and future-facing technology
Act as a cultural steward, protecting brand integrity as the platform scales
Lead cultural and influencer adoption strategy across Founding Maisons
Activate relationships with creators, celebrities, and tastemakers to validate the platform
Work closely with talent to ensure Axiaor is perceived as infrastructure, not a campaign
Partner with leadership on launch strategy and phased rollouts
Support the validation of Axiaor through Key programs, store launches, and early cultural signals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to align narrative with execution
Help translate cultural traction into investor-ready storytelling
Support Series A preparation through brand clarity, market proof, and adoption narratives
Ensure Axiaor’s story resonates with both capital markets and culture leaders
Work closely with VP of Brand, VP of Celebrity, and executive leadership
Contribute to long-term marketing architecture while executing near-term priorities
Build scalable frameworks that allow Axiaor to grow globally without dilution of identity
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in luxury, fashion, culture, entertainment, or high-end consumer brands
Deep understanding of cultural marketing, talent ecosystems, and brand storytelling
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, talent, and partners
Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, pre-Series A environment
Preferred
Experience at LVMH or equivalent global luxury organization strongly preferred
