Responsibilities

Own the go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and financial performance for the new ZEISS OTC brand extension across multiple channels (retail, pharmacy, club, mass, e-commerce)
Define the value proposition and messaging, adapting the global strategy for the U.S. market
Manage P&L, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and legal standards
Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Monitor category trends and analyze performance data to inform strategy and optimize results
Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution
Plan and optimize media budgets and KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion, sales lift)
Execute integrated campaigns and support retail promotions/events
Oversee, coach, and develop direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to deliver on objectives and follow processes and procedures
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and values, driving engagement and accountability within the team
Follows safety standards and reports any safety concerns to leadership
Performs other duties as assigned
