The Anaplan Model Builder will architect and maintain models that support critical planning and decision-making across various departments including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Anaplan models
Develop and maintain model documentation, including data flows, formulas, and user guides
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across models by implementing validation checks and reconciliation processes
Optimize model performance and scalability through best practices in model architecture and design
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and usage of Anaplan solutions
Partner with IT and data teams to integrate Anaplan with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and new features, and proactively recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
4-7+ years of Anaplan experience
Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices, model architecture, and performance optimization
Sales Compensation experience and knowledge
Proficiency in data modeling, formula writing, and dashboard creation within Anaplan
Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 1 and Level 2) preferred
Experience in finance, sales operations preferred
