Insight Global is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their team supporting large-scale commercial facilities. This role is responsible for the programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex fire alarm systems across the DFW Metroplex and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, and troubleshoot commercial fire alarm systems, including Edwards EST, Simplex, and Siemens platforms
Diagnose and resolve issues related to ground faults, mapping errors, shorts/opens, and data circuit disconnections
Perform scheduled quarterly and annual system testing to ensure full compliance and proper functionality
Travel to job sites throughout DFW, Wichita Falls, Abilene, and nearby areas, departing directly from home using a company-provided vehicle

Required

Proven programming experience with Edwards EST, Simplex, or Siemens fire alarm systems
Valid Fire Alarm License (FAL)
