Input daily client settlement deposits
Calculate settlement disbursements to clients and co-counsel
Ensure the accurate and timely process of settlement and lien disbursements
Communicate with clients as to the status of their settlement payments
Update accounting workbooks and client database
Balance client escrow accounts to client trust liability and law firm database on a monthly basis
Investigate discrepancies
Prepare and participate in daily Zoom meetings
Write procedures to document process
The use of Zoom phone is required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills are crucial for this role
Reading and understanding retainer agreements, co-counsel agreements, etc
Reading and understanding agreements and medical lien reports
Preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
