Senior LevelCompunnel Inc. is seeking a nCino Tech Lead who will be responsible for leading technical deliverables and providing end to end technical solutions. The role requires expertise in Salesforce and nCino, focusing on designing and developing custom applications while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities
Lead technical deliverables
Prepare technical design and documentation
Work with Business system analysts to convert business requirements to technical requirements
Mentor team
Provide end to end technical solution
Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System applications
Review and analyze complex business scenarios and operational processes
Conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Implement and manage continuous delivery and the entire release process within the Salesforce ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and nCino banking operating system
Experience with loan origination and processing a loan in nCino
Salesforce integration expertise
Proficient in asynchronous apex and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions
Experience analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
Agile experience
Ability to design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System applications
Experience reviewing and analyzing complex business scenarios and operational processes
Conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives
Proficient in Salesforce integration and other Salesforce development tools
Ability to manage and lead offshore team
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Implement and manage continuous delivery and the entire release process within the Salesforce ecosystem
Expertise in Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies
Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy
Expert in Salesforce configuration and development
Experience with at least one of the DevOps tools such as Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly
Certifications from nCino and Salesforce
