They are seeking a Model Risk Management Intern to conduct validations and reviews of financial models, perform data analysis, and craft validation reports in line with company policies.

Responsibilities
Conduct independent validations and reviews of financial models used in various business areas, such as credit, finance, capital markets, fraud, and compliance
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of model input data, assumptions, methodologies, and outputs
Craft model validation reports in accordance with MRM policy, guidelines and documentation template
Stay abreast of changing market conditions, regulatory environments, and evolving industry practice in modeling and model risk management
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Analytics, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
Solid knowledge of mathematical and statistical theories, data analytics, and ability to understand business contexts
Proficient programming skills in Python, R, SQL, etc
Strong ability in verbal and written communication
Preferred
Experience in handling large and complex datasets using Python or similar programming languages
Familiarity with AI/Gen AI concepts, passion for learning fast-evolving techniques, and ability to use, fine-tune, and test popular large language models
