Responsibilities
Support cross-functional Track & Trace and serialization projects from initiation through completion
Contribute to implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Information Collaboration Hub (ICH)
Provide subject matter support for serialization and traceability systems and business processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to serialization and traceability
Maintain procedures and support ongoing compliance with serialization regulations
Provide expertise in GMP documentation, data integrity, and process adherence
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and external partners to resolve project challenges
Leverage innovative technologies to improve organizational value, decision-making, and patient experience
Support continuous improvement and transformation of existing business models and processes
Support serialization and Track & Trace initiatives and related system enhancements
Assist with GMP documentation, change records, and procedural updates
Provide project coordination and reporting for serialization workstreams
Troubleshoot issues, support root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Ensure ongoing compliance with serialization and traceability regulations
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and/or SAP S/4HANA in supply chain or distribution environments
Experience working in cross-functional teams on technical or systems-based projects
GMP work experience supporting regulatory documents and compliant processes
Proven experience with serialization, Track & Trace, or similar supply chain/traceability systems
Demonstrated success working in GMP-regulated environments
Strong background supporting cross-functional technical projects
Knowledge of serialization and global Track & Trace regulations (e.g., US DSCSA, EU FMD)
Familiarity with GS1 standards and guidelines (e.g., EPCIS)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred
Experience in biopharmaceutical operations or supply chain
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles
Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA and SAP ICH in a regulated environment
