InternLasko Products is an industry leader of home environment products, seeking two FP&A Interns for their West Chester, PA headquarters. The interns will support strategic decision-making processes, develop financial models, analyze financial data, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities
Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes including analysis, interpretation, and communication of results
Helps develop effective reports, presentations, and analyses for use by management and external stakeholders
Helps develop, analyze, and reconcile statistical and accounting information for monthly and quarterly financial statement reviews
Assesses operating results in terms of profitability and performance against plan/prior year to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities
Participates in annual strategic planning and budgeting, periodic forecasting, and management reporting processes
Helps create appropriate metrics/KPIs, reporting tools, and dashboards that give insight into the performance of the business
Works cross-functionally to incorporate financial and strategic analysis into key business decisions
Analyzes financial data to explain variance drivers, including revenue and gross margin volume/rate/mix analysis
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
This role is intended for students entering their senior year of undergraduate study
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Experience with PowerBI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment
Prior internship experience in finance or related field is a plus
Results-oriented, with a very strong drive and work ethic and commitment to excellence
Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and do the work required for success
Outstanding analytic skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage cross-functionally in addressing business issues
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
