Responsibilities
Build-up and lead the marketing department, including hiring and mentoring future team members
Fine -Tune and execute a global marketing strategy tailored to diverse industries and regions
Manage and collaborate with our external ad agency to ensure alignment with brand and business goals
Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, and trade show
Translate complex technical product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging
Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, collateral, and campaigns
Localize marketing efforts for international markets while maintaining brand integrity
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges and translate technical solutions into market-facing messaging
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product sectors
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and working with ad agencies
Strong understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and customer segmentation
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling marketing content
Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or technical background a plus)
Ability to understand and communicate the value of engineering-led innovation and custom problem-solving
Preferred
Experience in engineering or manufacturing
Familiarity with additive manufacturing, injection molding, or extrusion-based products
Multilingual or experience working in multicultural environments
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
