Responsibilities

Hunt & Close Revenue: Identify and qualify sponsors/advertisers for our summits, magazines, and digital products — cold outreach, warm networking, and strategic follow-up
Own Client Relationships: Build genuine partnerships with CRE leaders — help them design marketing programs that grow their business while hitting our goals
Run Events Like a Pro: Support our Texas summits end-to-end — from sponsor recruitment to on-site execution, welcoming VIPs, and turning attendees into long-term clients
Create & Pitch Campaigns: Work with clients to build custom advertising/sponsorship packages that deliver real ROI (digital, print, events, eblasts)
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Austin/Houston/Dallas/San Antonio CRE trends so you can speak confidently with clients and spot new opportunities
Collaborate & Learn: Partner closely with our leadership team — you’ll get direct coaching from top CRE media pros who want you to succeed and grow fast

Strong communicator — excellent written/verbal skills; confident presenting to clients and on-site at events
Tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM (we use Zoho, Zoom, social media, and are willing to learn AI tools
Team player with hustle — thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment but can own tasks independently
