Responsibilities
Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly
Enforce community policies consistently and fairly
Organize and manage resident events and initiatives to promote a sense of community
Manage a team of concierge to ensure residents and prospects have an exceptional experience at all hours
Oversee temporary help and vendor relations
Provide coaching and counseling for team and individual development
Handle escalated resident issues and work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager as a liaison to provide resolutions
Training new and existing concierge
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment
1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required
Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
