Inside Sales Account Manager
ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive customer engagement and revenue growth through virtual channels. This role manages client relationships, supports sales initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the scientific community.

Responsibilities
Manages inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, and online platforms; serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Develops new accounts and business opportunities, generates referrals, and expands relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets
Coordinates with internal teams to deliver products and services, provides recommendations based on customer needs, and manages custom solution proposals
Executes sales strategies, maintains accurate CRM records, generates sales reports, and identifies opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring high service standards
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of ATCC’s products and services to provide timely, accurate information to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or equivalent experience
Prior life science experience or degree in biology or related field highly preferred
Proven success in virtual sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
