Mid LevelTCM is seeking a University Utility Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of campus utility infrastructure. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and contractors for capital projects while ensuring compliance with regulations and effective operation of MEP systems.

Responsibilities
Define scope, develop, and execute construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects for campus utilities
Manage central plant operations, including chillers, boilers, power generation (Combined Heat & Power), and distribution networks
Create cost estimates, manage project budgets, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines
Ensure all projects adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and safety policies
Act as the liaison with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve utility conflicts
Provide on-call technical support for utility failures and coordinate with facility management to restore services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
Experience in project management, specifically with infrastructure, utility systems, or construction
Knowledge of utility design, drawings, and engineering principles
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Preferred
Knowledge of university facilities, including high-voltage electrical, steam/chilled water, and building management systems
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management software and AutoCAD
